Who is in charge of regulating large commercial trucks and truck companies?

A: The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is in charge of regulating large commercial trucks and truck companies. Its mission is to ensure that commercial motor vehicles follow safety regulations to make the roads safer in South Carolina and around the country. 

The role of the FMCSA is to:
