Colleton County Accident Left 1 Dead, 2 Injured

Colleton County, S.C. - On Tuesday, September 27th, a Highway 64 collision occurred that killed a man and injured two others.

Charles Simmons was driving a 2001 Ford pickup when he crossed the center line on Highway 64 and hit a sedan head-on. Sixty-eight year old Simmons did not surivive the accident.

The driver of the sedan, as well as a passenger from the pickup truck, were taken to nearby hospitals. The South Carolina Highway Patrol is currently investigating the incident.
