Man Killed in Florence ATV Accident

Florence, SC - A fatal ATV accident occurred in Florence on the night of Friday, December 16th when an ATV collided with a pickup truck. Jerry Tedder killed in ATV accident

Jerry M. Tedder, 43, of Olanta, was driving an ATV illegally on Creek Road when he hit a pickup truck that was travelling on the road. Tedder was also not wearing a helmet when the collision happened. He did not survive the accident.

The driver of the truck, as well as the passenger, did not sustain any injuries in the accident. No charges have been made against the truck driver.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is still investigating the incident.
