North Charleston Pedestrian Hit and Killed By Vehicles

North Charleston, S.C. - While attempting to cross Dorchester Road on Wednesday night, a North Charleston pedestrian was hit and killed by a car.
It was reported that 27-year-old Richard McKinzie died of multiple injuries at the accident scene. The accident occurred while McKinzie was walking across Dorchester Road in order to get to a gas station.
Police arrived at the scene around 10:00p.m. and found McKinzie lying in the middle lane. He was unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene. Witnesses told police it seemed as though McKinzie was hit by multiple vehicles. No charges have been filed yet against any of the drivers who may have hit him.
