Three Arrested in Connection with Fatal Hit-and-Run

Spartanburg, SC - Three people have been arrested who are believed to be involved in the Spartanburg hit-and-run fatal accident on Saturday, January 21st.
At around 12:20 a.m., Stanley Perdomo, 26, was walking along North Blackstock Road whne he was hit and killed by a motor vehicle. The vehicle then fled the scene and police began a search for the hit-and-run driver.
Troopers were able to locate the vehicle involved in the crash on Monday, January 23rd, at a Spartanburg County home. They reported that the damage done to the vehicle were consistent with the details of the accident.
Troopers are currently looking for 28-year-old Domingo Baca Martinez who is suspected to be the driver of the 2002 red Ford F-150 pickup that hit Perdomo.
Troopers have arrested 26-year-old Pedro de Jesus Joy-Cortes, 21-year-old Ausencio Gonzalez-Martinez and 41-year-old Tomasa Martinez in association with the incident. They have been charged with accessory after the fact. Joy-Cortes and Gonzalez-Martinez also received charges for tampering with evidence.
