Williamston Head-On Accident Injures Four

Williamston, SC — An accident on Bowlan Road near Williamston, SC, sent four people to the hospital after two vehicles hit eachother head-on.
A teenage girl, her brother, her father and his girlfriend were traveling in a Toyota Corolla on Bowlan Road at around 5:00pm when the accident occurred. The Toyota collided with a white van just a few miles from Williamston off of U.S. 29.
Belton EMS and Williamston EMS arrived at the scene od the accident. Four people involved in the Williamston accident were taken to a local hospital to be treated for non life-threatening injuries.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the accident and the names of those injured in the accident have not yet been released.
