Jessica Corley graduated cum laude from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2010. During law school Ms. Corley was a participant in the Veteran’s Rights Clinic, member of the Order of the Wig Robe, Legal Intern to U.S. District Court Judge Joseph F. Anderson, Jr. and Research Assistant to the current Dean of Howard Law School, Danielle Holley-Walker. Ms. Corley graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Public Affairs and French from Columbia College. During her time there, she studied abroad a semester in Angers, France; worked for the South Carolina Education Lottery and completed her studies a semester early.
Ms. Corley started her legal career working side by side with a solo practitioner in a small town in the Upstate. She gained valuable experience in personal injury matters, working through cases start to finish. She then moved to Columbia where she obtained a position as a consultative attorney with a firm that provides pre-paid legal services to thousands of individuals and small businesses throughout the state. Subsequently, she began a real estate litigation practice where she filed hundreds of cases in every county in the state. She is excited to return to working with injured individuals through their toughest times.
